The following methods of payment are accepted:

1. CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

Esai Clothing does not process or store any credit card information. All credit card transactions are performed in Alpha Bank’s secure platform accepting:

    • Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover.
    • E-wallet Masterpass.

All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank’s Alpha e-Commerce payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol. Encryption is a way to encode the information until it reaches its intended recipient, which will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

2. CASH ON DELIVERY

Paying cash on delivery is free of charge and is available only in Greece.. Payment will be collected at the time of delivery by the driver. Please ensure that someone will be present between 9 am and 5 pm to sign and pay for the delivery.

3. BANK TRANSFER

Your payments must be addressed to the following bank account:

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please reference your order number in your payment to avoid delays. Also note that your order will be processed as soon as your payment is cleared, which might take up to 2 working days depending on bank procedure. Alternatively, you can send your payment confirmation to info@esai.com.gr for immediate processing of your order.

BANK WIRE TRANSFERS MUST GO THROUGH WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE ORDER. If no payment has gone through within that time period, the order will be cancelled without prior notice.
