Change Process

You can exchange the products you have purchased if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product as long as the packaging of the product is in its original condition and the product has not been washed.

You can exchange for another product of your choice of equal, lesser or greater value. In case of a lower value, the difference will be given to you in the form of a coupon that you can use in your future purchases. In the case of a higher value, you will have to pay the difference in cost before the change is made.

If you do not wish to immediately exchange the product for a replacement, you can request a credit voucher equal to the price of the product for future purchases.

For the above to apply, the buyer is responsible for transporting the product to our facilities and to bear the cost of transportation.

After receiving the product, the competent technical department of our company will evaluate the condition of the product and you will be informed about the progress of the evaluation stage regarding whether it is in a condition to be exchanged – returned.

In case of proven fault of our company, defective products were sent, then our company assumes the responsibility of the replacement and the cost of the change.

Return of Defective Products

In the event that defective products were sent due to proven fault of our company or due to a mistake in receiving the order, then our company assumes the responsibility and costs of the replacement. In order to establish that the product is defective, you must send us photos of the product so that it can be checked by the relevant department of the company. If you send the product to us without complying with the above procedure, the transport costs will be borne by you and in addition the company reserves the right to refuse its receipt.

ACCEPTANCE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT ONLY ON THE DAY OF RECEIPT, after the end of the day, our company has no responsibility for the misuse of the product and the “Exchange Process” will be carried out as stated above.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order before the product is shipped. In the event that the cancellation is made after the order has been shipped, you are responsible for the shipping and return costs.

Money return

The refund is always made at the purchase price of the product on the day of purchase, minus 5€ related to the management of the order and the materials used for its packaging.
