Product Status

To better serve our buyers, we make sure that each product has its inventory visible (within the product page – usually below its value).

Immediately available (in stock)

When a product is immediately available, it means that it is in our warehouse and is ready for immediate shipment.

In case of sending the product to your place after placing the order, the product is usually sent the same or the next day and you receive it from 1 to 3 days depending on the period (volume of work of the courier company) and the area where the shipment will take place.

In any case, from the moment the product is shipped from our facilities, you will receive an informative email or phone call regarding the voucher number that you can use to track your order.

Waiting List (Pre-Order)

In the event that a product is in pre-order status, it means that it is not available in our facilities and that we are waiting for it to be received from the central warehouses so that we can fulfill your order. This process usually takes 4 to 12 days from the day the pre-order is placed.

Products that are on a waiting list (pre-order) usually have the message “The product is available on order and the usual waiting time is 4 to 12 days” below the price. and the button to be able to add the product to the cart says “Pre-order”.

Pre-Order Progress Update

If you have placed an order for a product that is on a waiting list (pre-order) at the moment we receive the product and it will be shipped to the shipping address you have indicated when completing the order, you will receive an informative email that your order has been completed.

In any case, from the moment the product is shipped from our facilities, you will receive an informative email or phone call regarding the voucher number that you can use to track your order.
